What type of sites can I build with Chai Builder?
Chai Builder supports creating responsive websites like marketing sites, portfolios, landing pages, and campaign pages, with drag-and-drop customization and multilanguage features.
Is Gen AI included in White Label monthly fees?
No. AI is not included in the monthly fees. You need to provide your AI key to enable AI related features inside the builder.
How long does it take to setup the platform?
Our target is to setup the platform in 2 working days conditionally all the information is provided by you.
Does Chai Builder provide analytics for page views?
Yes. We will provide detailed analytics for sites under your account. You will be able to see the pageview counts per site.
What if I cross my pageview limit?
Exceeding the pageview limit allows purchasing extras at $20 per additional 100k pageviews for easy scaling.
Can I add my own UI blocks library?
Yes. We provide an easy way to manage library UI blocks for your clients. You can create unlimited UI blocks.
Do I have to pay commission if my customers choose pro plan?
No. We do not take commission if your customers choose paid plans. You keep all your earnings.
How many plans can I create?
You can create multiple plans with varying features supported by the platform. This includes number of sites, pages, multilingual support, custom domains, form submissions, page views & AI edits.
Can I use my own domain and branding?
Absolutely. The platform is 100% white-label. You can map your own custom domain (e.g., builder.youragency.com), add your logo, favicon, and brand colors. Your clients will never see Chai Builder branding.
Where are the websites hosted?
All websites built on the platform are hosted on our secure, high-performance cloud infrastructure (AWS/Vercel). We handle SSL certificates, CDN distribution, and backups automatically.
Can users export the code?
Yes, if you enable the feature in your plan settings. You can allow your customers to export their entire project as clean HTML, CSS, and assets to host elsewhere.
How do I bill my customers?
We integrate directly with Dodo or Paddle Payments. You connect your Stripe account, set your own pricing plans (monthly/yearly), and we automatically handle subscription billing, invoicing, and dunning for you.
